About every other week I tend to make a salsa out of what looks nice at the grocery store. This helps tide me over till the garden starts producing. Main thing I do is cook the salsa for a good 30 minutes to release the oils of the peppers. Then let it sit for 2 hours before jarring it to let it cook off and mix. Mixtures vary by how much my wife complains that I am trying to kill her.
