After going to the British Beer Company for dinner and tasting a Curry Hot Sauce which had great Curry flavor and mild spice I decided to try creating my own.
As you can see I pulled out all the stops for this one in terms of spicynessAlso the Garden already produced one Jalapeno which I had to pull to keep the growth of the plant from being stunted.
First I mad a nice Curry bases and slowly added the spicy mix and finally all the ground up pepper and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Awesome Orange color with at least 1.5 Million scovilles in heat. Grilled up some chicken with a helping of the sauce and felt the burn for 45 minutes after finishing.
